Because sometimes… we all have the same idea 😅

Last week I shared how stunning this place can be — but here’s what it actually looked like on a long weekend. Still beautiful and absolutely worth a visit, but if you’re chasing tranquility, maybe skip the weekends and peak hours!

So grateful for this fun day with the @thecreatorpassport fam — thanks for organizing such an awesome meetup! 🩷

That magical time of year is here—when bikers, riders, and hikers all get to play on the same mountain @whistlerblackcomb 🥰

Just a reminder to take it easy on opening weekend: pre-ride all the features at the bike park before sending it! Things might look a little different from previous years.

Enjoy these final days of riding and skiing… and see you on Blackcomb closing day!

This gem is located in Kootenay National Park. Wi This gem is located in Kootenay National Park.
With a 20 km round trip and almost 1000 m elevation gain, it’s considered a challenging hike.

It can be done as a day hike, as an overnight and as a part of the popular Rockwall (53Km).
You NEED to get permits to camp here, and please only camp in designated areas.

I recommend hiking an extra 3 km to view the lake from a higher elevation, especially in the fall when the trees turn yellow, creating a dramatic and breathtaking scene.

The best time to visit Floe Lake is in the morning when the sun shines directly on the water, making its color absolutely stunning. Note that the lake loses sunlight quite early, even in the summer.
